Caroline Gaffney is the Founder, CEO and CIO of Atwater Wealth Management.  Caroline founded Atwater Wealth Management in 2008.  As CEO, she leads the strategic direction of the firm.  As Chief Investment Officer, Caroline oversees investment strategy and due diligence, creating integrated wealth management strategies for our clients.

Prior to founding Atwater Wealth Management, Caroline worked at a national financial planning firm from 2003-2008.  She was in mutual fund accounting at Investor’s Bank and Trust prior to that.  Caroline is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Economics and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.

Caroline holds the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.

Caroline is a member of CFA Institute, CFA Society Boston, and the Boston Estate Planning Council.  She is a founding member of the Pablove Foundation Boston Advisory Council, and has served on the Boston Foundation’s Equality Fund Advisory Committee and Professional Advisor Network.  She has been an instructor at Northeastern University in the Master of Science in Taxation Program.
